1.Express entry: Skilled workers in Canada and overseas may apply for Canadian permanent residence through Express Entry program. Express Entry manages applications for permanent residence under these federal economic immigration programs:

The Federal Skilled Worker Program: The FSW program allows candidates with foreign work experience to apply for permanent residency. It uses the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). To rank candidates who wish to settle permanently in Canada. The Candidates under FSWP must meet the a minimum points requirement based on factors such as Work Experience, Language ability and education. After entering the pool of draw, applicant with highest no. of CRS scores will receive an Invitation to apply for Canadian Permanent residency (PR)

The Federal Skilled Trades Program: The Federal Skilled Trades Program ( FSTP ) is a program under the Government of Canada’s Express Entry system that allows skilled tradespeople from around the world to immigrate to Canada. The program aims to attract individuals with the skills and experience needed to support the Canadian economy and contribute to the country’s prosperity. To be eligible for the FSTP, individuals must have at least two years of full-time work experience in a skilled trade within the five years prior to their application. They must also meet the minimum language proficiency requirements in English or French and have a valid job offer or a certificate of qualification in a skilled trade.

The Canadian Experience Class: The CEC program is suitable for the applicants who have recent Canadian Work Experience and are looking to immigrate to Canada Permanently. It is the fastest routes to Canadian Permanent Residence. In order to be eligible for CEC an Applicant must have at least 12-months of full-time (or equivalent part-time) skilled work experience in Canada within the last 3 years from the date of application. CEC is not an option for foreign nationals who do not have recent Canadian work Experience.

Express Entry Provincial Nomination: Provinces and territories can also recruit candidates from Express Entry through their Provincial Nominee Programs to meet local labour market needs. In order to fill local labour market gaps, provinces and territories use the Provincial Nominee Programs. A candidate must either be nominated by a province/territory, or complete a profile online, after being nominated by a province/territory
